Many people want to make changes, but don’t know how to cook healthy foods. Preparing our own food is one of the ways that we reconnect with our bodies and take back our power. When we prepare our own food, we put our own healing energy into our meals and not someone else's.
To make your journey easier, I can come to your home and teach you how to cook anything from soup to stock to fermented foods. I have trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute and at NYU as part of my Masters Degree.
I will teach you how to prepare meals designed to suit your individual tastes, health concerns, and lifestyle, and of course are made from scratch. Particularly if you are working, I can help you with recipes that can be made ahead of time and frozen for easy preparation.
We can even make healthy desserts so you have healthy ice cream or custard. Sound good to anyone?
