First of all, I always emphasize that I am not a healer. We are all our own healers, and sometimes we need help in unblocking energy so our bodies can tap into their own innate healing powers and heal themselves. Energy work is based on the ancient knowledge that there is a connection between mind, body, and spirit. The Universe and everything in it is made up of energy. Everything is about vibration—think about how your cell phone and wifi work!
