NUTRITION CONSULTATION

Initial Nutritional Consult: Fee varies according to condition and time needed. The average fee is $200-250 for the first visit which lasts approximately 1 hour. At the first visit, a comprehensive nutritional assessment is done based on your medical history, lab values, medications, dietary intake, and lifestyle. A written plan is sent to you after your initial visit.

Follow-up sessions: These will help monitor your progress and help you implement recommendations. These are recommended as they are beneficial to ensuring your long-term success. A follow-up can be done in person or on the telephone and is $125. If you would like to book a package, a 10% discount is offered.

Cooking lessons: I will come to your house and teach you how to cook delicious and healthy meals. You pay for ingredients, and the cost is $100 per hour.

Insurance: I recently joined Fay Nutrition which enables me to take several private insurance payments such as United Healthcare, BCBS, etc. This is the link to make an appointment.

ENERGY WORK

Reiki session (1 hour) $125

Distant Reiki session (1 hour) $100

Reiki session (1.5 hours) $150

Reiki session (2 hours) $175

Karmic Clearing session (1 hour) $150

Packages for energy work: Five (5) one-hour Reiki sessions ($500)

PAYMENT

If you do not have insurance, I can give you a detailed receipt for an FSA (flexible spending account). Full payment is due at the time of service. Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or checks are accepted as payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your schedule time, you will be charged a $50 fee.
